Trust me, I’ve been that Netflix binging girl, the “do it tomorrow girl” there are simple steps you can take to start exercising again after a lull!!

️Do It For Yourself ️Have A Support System!
These are the most important things you can implement, and it’s what I reiterate to my coaches and clients! Honestly I think that having the support system is the most important part, we love on each other, we show up for each other and we share the wins and struggles!
The journey is never perfect, we fall and get back up again, but when you have fun doing it! It makes it that much easier to stick to it!
