May seem like a no-brainer to some but that’s because it works. If you don’t exercise regularly, try it for a couple weeks. Make sure it’s cardio. We want to make sure we get our heart rate up. If you don’t like running try; boxing, spinning, trx, crossfit or something else more interactive. Boxing is my favorite 👊
