I never skip leg day but most importantly - I NEVER SKIP A PROPER WARM-UP!!!
I always start with 5-7min of some sorta steady state cardio, followed by these dynamic stretches/movements. It helps to prevent injury, increases mobility and helps all of my muscles to warm up properly before I start doing some serious lifts🏼
