My new absolute FAVOURITE especially if you’re a fried rice fanatic.
Fry a whole chopped red onion and 2 crushed garlic cloves in olive oil, then add chopped carrots, green beans, mushrooms, then add bulgar wheat brown rice and quinoa (I got this from a packet in Aldi), add soy sauce and chilli flakes to your taste. Fry mixed up egg on the side and part to add to the rice. After that’s finished dish it up, top with breaded chicken fillet sliced and serve with a drizzle of sriracha mayonnaise. - R - 13 days ago
