Today was chest, shoulders, and tris. Went with variation today, mostly on chest/shoulders I stick to pushing exercises but it’s important to keep your body “guessing” to keep plateaus at bay. *
Started with machine flies
Skullcrushers, angled slightly behind the head
And finished with cable tricep pushdowns, flat bar
A tip for those struggling with dumbbell side raises or shoulder rows, always make sure to guide the weight with your elbow not your wrist, try and keep your elbow above your wrist on a vertical scale, and don’t go too high with the movement as it opens you up easier shoulder injuries.
