The biggest thing I have changed in my grocery hauls is writing what I ALREADY have in my fridge and cabinets down before going to the store.
I base meals off of that before I start making a list of things I need to buy..
This helps things not collect dust in the cabinets and saves us some money too!!!.
I’m one of the crazies who loves grocery shopping and I cannot recommend this tip enough..
There’s nothing worse than going into a grocery store blindly. You will almost always find yourself reaching for things your body does not need.
Some random items in this haul include kodiak cakes, purely Elizabeth granola, PB2, and shrimp. My husband joined me on this trip and we both thought we needed cheese, both put it in the cart, and didn’t realize til we were home...so we are set on that for awhile 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ - 1 day ago
