Self love Sunday.
You don't see just my face (you know, without a toddler taking over the picture to) around here very often! .
Today I logged my official "goal weight". The last couple of months were rough with an ankle injury, wrists problems, not being able to be as active, had to cancel my gym membership, then add life in general in there! I stumbled and back tracked for a while but I finally pulled myself back up, changed my mindset and just focused on nurturing and loving my body.
That's it you guys.
I slowed down and took it one day at a time, I stopped focusing on the scale and what I couldn't do but on what I could do.
Which was fueling my body with good food, moving when I could, and loving the skin I'm in.
That's a hard thing to do and it takes effort every single day.
Slowly the effort kind of just faded away and it just was, it just became easier.
You can still make BIG changes with small goals.
Never underestimate yourself and your willpower!
I have to give a huge shout out to @athensfbbc for being the middle man in my journey, they were so fantastic with giving me that extra push and motivation and the best fit family!
