Squats from last nite, 7/17 SB part 1.
Struggle bus part 1.
Tough day, legs still sore from accs 2 days ago.
Everything starting from the bar moved slow. Glad I was able to pull this one off.
😧 300x3, 305x3 then 310x3 on squats.
(3x3@ 300-315, 315+ only if feel great)
Legs sore from accs 2 days ago, everything starting from the bar moved slow.
Also stance was off, shoulder s, adductors and right lower back tight.... on and on. Also started to bleed on my 1st belted warmup.
300 felt so heavy but moved ok on the vid. Went super aggressive on this one. P.S. Nose bleed.
Didn't feel great at all but wanted to push past a small plateu @ ~300 for 3x3 so bumped it up 5lbs to 305.
Agressive, surprisingly moved better, hip shoot on the 2nd one. Only 3rd was fully into the groove, 1st rep not fully but moved great.
Went up to 310 for a top set of 3.
Aggressive, but 2nd and 3rd hip shoot up, elbow flared up and back is horizontal coming up. Ugly but it happens when it's heavy.
