“Easy Chia Pudding:
2 heaping tbsp (30g) chia seeds
1 cup (240 ml) almond milk
2 tsp (10 ml)  maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
fresh fruits of choice, for topping (I used berries)

1. In a bowl combine chia seeds and almond milk. Whisk together with a fork, then wait a couple minutes and whisk again (this will stop the chia seeds from clumping). Add maple syrup and whisk again to combine.
2. Cover and transfer to fridge. Allow chia seeds to absorb liquid mixture for at least 10 minutes, or until thick pudding consistency. (I like to keep mine covered in the fridge overnight). When ready to eat remove from fridge, top with your favourite fruits and enjoy.

🍰Instructions
1⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F
2⃣ To make the crust, mix together almond flour, coconut sugar, butter and 1 tsp vanilla extract; press into a layer on the bottom of a 9” springform pan and bake for 10 minutes
3⃣ With a hand mixer or electic mixer, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, eggs, lemon juice and 1 tsp vanilla extract
4⃣ Pour the cream cheese mixutre into the springform pan and bake for 45-55 minutes; run a knife along the edge (but do not release the springform pan) and cool until room temperature

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoons sesame oil
1½ cups cooked quinoa
½ cup carrot, chopped
½ cup frozen edamame beans 
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 eggs
2 tablespoon soy sauce
Pepper, to taste
1 green onion, sliced

Optional
Sesame seeds
Additional green onion, sliced
.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the quinoa to the pan and stir. Cook until the quinoa is hot.
3. Stir in carrots and edamame and heat through.
4. Push the quinoa mixture to the sides of the pan creating a hole in the center. Add garlic to the center and stir to lightly cook, then mix into the quinoa.
5. Make another hole in the quinoa and crack two eggs in the middle of the pan. Scramble them without mixing with the quinoa, then once eggs are cooked, mix together.
6. Stir in soy sauce, pepper, and green onion.
7. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
8. Enjoy! ❤

Alright! I know this is an easy peasy thing to make but since few asked me how I cook my scramble eggs, here is the tutorial.  The trick is to cook the eggs on a right heat or you end up with a rubbery breakfast like you get on board few airlines, no names mention here 🙏

4 eggs lightly beaten
3 tbsp full fresh milk
2 handful of grated cheddar 
2 tbsp butter
.
Mix the milk into the beaten eggs, add the cheese and cook on very low heat till its clumpy but not runny. Dont cook further or it will dry and becomes rubbery.

Serve with buttered toast and HP Sauce ketchup.
.
I like mine with some greens, avocado, toasted pine nuts and cranberries for some sweetness.

Flattish loaf for halving lengthwise, Turkish bread ideal
125 g / 1 US stick unsalted butter , softened
2.5 tsp fresh garlic, very finely chopped (do not mince, do not use jar, burns!)
1/2 tsp salt
Parsley, for sprinkling (optional)

1. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add salt and garlic, stir until salt is dissolved and garlic is LIGHT golden then immediately remove. Leave for few minutes to let garlic infuse into butter.
2. Split bread in half lengthwise. Spoon just over half the butter onto the cut face of the bread, avoiding the garlic bits. Brush a bit of butter on the otherwise.
3. Preheat BBQ to medium. Place bread cut face down and cook for 3 - 5 minutes or until you have crusty edges, then flip. Brush away any burnt garlic bits, then baste on the remaining garlic butter. Garlic bits are mainly for flavour infusion but feel free to put them on too, great texture!
4. Once underside is crusty (3 min or so), sprinkle with parsley, cut and serve!

Food at @paisley.vegan in Cocoa this afternoon. I had BBQ pulled jackfruit sliders, and a giant pretzel with cheese dip. My dad and sister had deviled potatoes, and a falafel waffle sandwich. I really wanted mac and cheese but they were out of it😩 what we did have was great though! - S

2 btr telur ayam kampung mentah
3 siung bawang putih cincang
400 ml kaldu ayam
3 sdm kecap asin
3 sdm minyak goreng

3 siung bawang putih cincang
200 g daging ayam giling
100 ml air
2 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm kecap manis
½ sdt lada putih bubuk
½ sdt gula pasir

CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Panaskan minyak goreng. Tumis bawang putih hingga harum.
2. Masukkan beras bersama kaldu ayam, kecap asin,  dan kaldu jamur bubuk, aduk rata. Masak hingga air menyusut. Sisihkan.
3. Topping Ayam: Panaskan minyak goreng. Tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan daging ayam giling, aduk rata. Tumis hingga daging ayam berubah warna.
4. Tambahkan air. Beri saus tiram, kecap manis, lada putih bubuk, dan gula, cicipi. Masak hingga air menyusut.
5. Penyelesaian: Panaskan kukusan. Sementara itu, siapkan mangkuk tahan panas. tambahkan topping ayam, lalu masukkan nasi hingga mangkuk hampir penuh. Tuang kaldu ayam ke dalam mangkuk, Kukus dengan api besar hingga matang kurang lebih 20-30 menit tergantung ukuran mangkuknya.
6. Ketika nasi mulai matang (setelah mengukus 20 menit), siram sedikit kaldu ayam ke dalam mangkuk nasi. Lanjutkan mengukus hingga matang. Sajikan.

1. The night before, place your ice cream churning bowl in the freezer and soak your cashews overnight in water.⠀
2. Add all ice cream ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy. Pour the mixture into a glass bowl and chill in the freezer for 1.5 hours⠀
3. Scoop the chilled mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions - about 20-30 minutes until it reaches the consistency of soft serve. ⠀
4. In the meantime, make your cookie dough. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla to a bowl and whisk together. Add in the flour and chocolate chunks and combine until you have a sticky dough ball.⠀
5. Once the ice cream is thick like soft serve, add in 3/4 of the cookie dough, crumbling it with your hands as you add it in. ⠀

Ingredients
* 1 ½ lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
* 2 Tbsp Butter or Ghee
* 4 Garlic Cloves pressed
* 1 Cup Heavy Cream
* 1 Tsp Gluten-free Flour
* ½ Tbsp Lemon Zest
* 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning Mix
* 1 Tsp Chili Flakes or to taste
* 1 Tsp Cayenne Powder
* ¼ Cup Sun-dried Tomatoes Chopped
* A handful of freshly chopped basil leaves picked and chopped
* Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a large skillet or nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk flour and heavy cream until well combined, then pour it into the pan.
3. Stir in the lemon zest, Italian seasoning, chili flakes, cayenne powder, and sun-dried tomatoes. Lower the heat and simmer for about 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce starts to thicken.
4. Add the shrimp and cook until becomes pink and curly. About 4-5 minutes.
5. Take off the heat and stir in the basil. Season with salt and pepper if needed and enjoy ❤️

Recipe credit by @healthyfitnessmeals Ingredients * 1 ½ lb Shrimp peeled and deveined * 2 Tbsp Butter or Ghee * 4 Garlic Cloves pressed * 1 Cup Heavy Cream * 1 Tsp Gluten-free Flour * ½ Tbsp Lemon Zest * 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning Mix * 1 Tsp Chili Flakes or to taste * 1 Tsp Cayenne Powder * ¼ Cup Sun-dried Tomatoes Chopped * A handful of freshly chopped basil leaves picked and chopped * Sea salt and pepper, to taste Instructions 1. Melt butter in a large skillet or nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant. 2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk flour and heavy cream until well combined, then pour it into the pan. 3. Stir in the lemon zest, Italian seasoning, chili flakes, cayenne powder, and sun-dried tomatoes. Lower the heat and simmer for about 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce starts to thicken. 4. Add the shrimp and cook until becomes pink and curly. About 4-5 minutes. 5. Take off the heat and stir in the basil. 長大之後才知道原來是乳瑪琳啊!!!
某天看到鐵板牛柳,
突然很想吃(阿月快來前看到什麼都想吃🤣)
決定挑戰看看~~~
把冰箱的調味料翻了一遍,
加了伍斯特醬(梅林醬),
有點酸酸的和肉類很搭!
顏色看起來好像味道很重,
但完全不會~
有黑胡椒的香氣卻不會辣,
讓我對這黑胡椒醬完全改觀~🤤🤤
(也可以加一點奶油提味唷!或是換成牛肉也可以~~)

豬小里肌 300克
洋蔥 1顆
甜豆 適量
甜椒 1/2顆

醬油膏 1茶匙

純黑胡椒粉 1大匙
豆油伯無糖醬油 2大匙
蜂蜜 1茶匙

作法;
1.蒜磨成泥,豬小里肌逆紋切片再切條狀,切好的豬小里肌和醃醬抓勻醃10分鐘。
2.洋蔥、甜椒切絲,甜豆去絲。
3.調味料混合均勻備用。
4.熱油鍋,倒入洋蔥絲炒至透明,加入甜豆炒1分鐘,倒入豬肉和調味料炒至全熟。
5.加入甜椒拌炒一下,最後依照喜好增加黑胡椒或鹽,完成。

Instead of eating teeny tiny little meals that leave you hungry an hour later, stick to 3 larger meals and maybe a snack or 2 if you need it. Make them a balanced mix of protein, veggies, and some carbs and fat which will be way more satisfying.⁣⁣

One of the best ways to fill up without putting a big dent in your calorie budget is is to eat lots of high volume foods. Think fruits veggies, egg whites, Greek yogurt, and oatmeal. 🌸4 œufs
🌸150 g de sucre en poudre
🌸100 g de farine tamisée
🌸100 g de beurre
🌸1 c. à soupe de farine pour les ramequins
🌸1 noisette de beurre pour les ramequins 
Étapes :🥀
Préchauffez le four à 180°C . Dans un bol ou un petit saladier, placez le chocolat noir préalablement cassé en morceaux. 
Ajoutez-y le beurre coupé en dés. Placez le bol dans une casserole avec de l’eau pour cuire le mélange de chocolat et beurre au bain-marie. 
Laissez reposer et refroidir à température ambiante, un chocolat fondu trop chaud risquerait de cuire vos œufs.
Dans un saladier, faites blanchir les œufs entiers et le sucre en poudre au batteur électrique, jusqu’à l’obtention d’une mousse onctueuse. 
Il s’agit de l’étape la plus importante avant la cuisson, pour réussir parfaitement les fondants au chocolat.
Mélangez délicatement le chocolat fondu à la préparation d’œufs et de sucre en poudre. 
Incorporez peu à peu la farine tamisée puis mélangez bien pour que la pâte à gâteau soit lisse et homogène.
Versez la pâte obtenue dans de petits ramequins beurrés et farinés pour pouvoir démouler les fondants au chocolat plus facilement.
Enfournez-les pendant 8 à 10 min seulement pour conserver une petite pâte au cœur fondant.
Démoulez délicatement les fondants au chocolat et servez aussitôt💓
