These egg muffin cups are a GREAT option for grab and go or to have stored in your fridge!! Super easy to make (even I can make them 😂), convenient and healthy!! 😍🙌🏼 ----
Line a muffin tin, throw in some of your favorite veggies and seasonings, mix up an egg for each muffin cup and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350!! Add cheese or a little bit of panko bread crumbs to the top!! 😋

BREAKFASTS PIZZA BITES

Oh my God words cannot describe how much flavor these breakfast bites had!

I have so much leftover pepperoni I just didn't know what to do with it, I wanted Pizza but at the same time I wanted eggs. So I came up with this interesting creation.
.
.
Take a muffin pan an add 3-4 places in the bottom forming it like a cup. Then I added a tablespoon full of Tex-Mex cheese, a tablespoon of chopped veggies. I use red onion, green pepper, tomatoes and jalapeno.
.
.
Crack an egg on top of the veggies and then add a tablespoon of garlic butter. I just melted a few tablespoons of butter an added minced garlic to it. Top off with a thick slice of jalapeno and baked in the oven for 20 minutes.

I don't like my eggs over cooked I wanted them soft so I kept checking the last 5 minutes!

This recipe was so good I beg all of you to try this I promise you you will have absolutely no regrets!

Not sure I can make it to TJs today 😭 So here's a #latergram from the *NEW* blueberry streusel bread! Honestly, any sample that comes toasted with warm butter earns 5/5 mini-forks from this sample queen 👌 I loved the new streusel bread, and it would probably earn 4/5 on its own for being a delicately sweet treat for early mornings. Nice alternative to their blueberry streusel muffins!

YUMMY SPINACH CHICKEN EGG CUPS

Enjoy breakfast with these tasty egg cups!
-
They’re loaded with nutrient rich ingredients to help balance hormones, build lean muscle, and kickstart your metabolism.

You’ll need:
6 organic eggs
1 cup organic chicken breast, cooked and diced
2 Tbsp avocado oil, divided
¼ cup red onion, diced
1 organic red bell pepper, diced
1 organic zucchini, chopped
3 cups organic spinach, roughly chopped
¼ tsp oregano
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, roughly chopped
Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease muffin tin with one avocado oil and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add one tablespoon avocado oil. Add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until slightly translucent.
Add in bell pepper and zucchini, and sauté for 3-4 minutes more. Then add in chicken and spinach; sauté until spinach is wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
Remove mixture from skillet and scoop into greased muffin tin.
Whisk eggs in a small bowl. Add in oregano, parsley, and sea salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.
Gently pour whisked eggs over the mixture in muffin tin,  and fill to nearly the top.
Bake egg muffins in oven for 18-23 minutes, or until set and eggs have puffed up.
Carefully remove egg muffins from tins and serve along with your favourite fresh organic berries. Enjoy!
