IT’S FRIDAY 🎉 LET’S CELEBRATE (with some chocolate of course)!
These babies might look naughty, but they’re actually really reeaallllyyyy nice. So nice, in fact, that this is the second time I’m sharing them with y’all. To make them this weekend, all you have to do is follow the directions below!

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 can organic great northern beans (or garbanzo beans)
• 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp of peanut or almond butter (or mix ‘em!)
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup agave or maple syrup (or mix ‘em!)
• 1/4 tsp of baking powder
• 1/4 tsp of baking soda
• 1/4 tsp of sea salt
• 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Pre-heat oven to 350 deg F. Line brownie pan with parchment paper.
2) In a food processor (or blender), blend all ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) until you have a smooth paste.
3) Fold the chocolate chips.
4) Bake for 23-25 minutes. Be careful not to overbake, as this will cause them to dry out.
5) When baked to your liking, remove from oven, let cool for at least 25 minutes, cut into squares, and enjoy!

🔸I tried this fish recipe from @melizcooks and it was so good, I have to share. Her recipe called for Salmon and I had Swai fish~it was a great simple and quick recipe....perfect for a summer meal...I served the fish on a bed of LEMON TUMERIC BASMATI RICE...thank-you @melizcooks, here are the ingredients for the fish...
4 Swai fish fillets
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. Pomagranate molasses 
1 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Chopped parsley
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Garlic powder
Juice of 2 lemons  Salt & Pepper ~~~~~Combine the ingredients in a bowl, and pour over the fish fillets. Let sit for 20-30 minutes then bake in 400 degrees oven for 15 minutes. Done!

One of our favorite refreshing summer treats is watermelon pizza!! I’m a sucker for fresh whipped cream. Spreading it on a slice of crisp watermelon and toppings? Forget about it. 🤤 
The combo may seem weird, but you’ve got to try it for yourself! What do you say? You in?

Of course you could sub yogurt for whipped cream if you’re in a pinch, but fresh whipped cream is my very favorite.

. - En un refractario untado con aceite intercambia capas de calabacín (usé 2 medias), con setas (usé shimeji) y cebolla, salpique un poco de sal.
- Bata en la licuadora 4 huevos, 300ml de crema de leche (usé fresco), 200gr de mozzarella rallada y condimentos a gusto. Vaya esa mezcla en el refractario, coloque otro poco de mozzarella rallada por encima y lleve al horno. 😉✌🏽 Deje en el horno hasta que comience a dorar.

Vegan lentil meatballs anyone? 😜
Served with stuffed grape leaves, this cuties make the sun shine today, don‘t you think so☀️🤗☀️What do you have today?

170 g red lentils (cooked with 200 ml water)
150 g bulgur (mixed thorougly with cooked lentils)
1 minced onion
1 minced garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp hot pepper paste
1/2 bunch of parsley, minced
50 ml olive oil
s&p, red pepper flakes, dried mint leaves
👉🏼minced onion&garlic, tomato&pepper paste are sautéd in oil and added to mix of lentils&bulgur. Add minced parsley and seasonings. Make small balls 
from the mixture using your finger to make a small indent in the center of each ball. Fill with lettuce and lemon slices and enjoy😋

I made Zucchini nachos. I sautéed the zucchini til desired doneness, placed in bowl, topped with black beans and little shredded cheese, added a little lettuce, some chopped avocado and tomato. Not to toot my own horn, but dis my deed: this clueless squirrel stay chillin' in the middle of  the street when I be rolling up 🚙💨💨💨and I actually was a foot away from crushing his nut-sized brain, but oh no no, my lightning fast reflexes saved his life, so I'm patting myself on the back and wishing my home boi 🐿 good luck not dying next time😑🤞🤦🏻‍♀️😅 Also, enjoyed these 🐒banana 🍌brownies based off of @maxiskitchen 's recipe👇

Same steps, some ingredient subbing:
🔺1 cup mashed banana (~3 bananas )
🔹1/4 cup coconut sugar 🔸 3 tbsp applesauce
🔺 2 tbsp milk of choice
🔹1 flax/ chia egg (1 tbsp flax/ chia seeds + 3 tbsp water)
🔸1 tsp vanilla extract
🔺1/2 cup flour (I used gluten-free; all purpose works too)
🔹1/4 cup @terrasoul chocolate protein powder
🔸1/2 tsp baking soda
🔺 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
🔹1/4 cup dark chocolate chips 🔸1/2 cup cocao powder

Have you ever been given a per diem (daily food budget) on a work trip? If so, you are probably receiving enough money to head to a restaurant.

5 TIPS for eating while travelling for work:

1) Request to stay somewhere with a kitchen, kitchenette, or fridge.

2) Take an #insulatedlunchbox. Fill it with food to enjoy en route. Use it later during your trip to take lunches and dinners to work!

3) Roughly plan your meals. How many breakfasts, lunches, and dinners will you need during your trip?

4) Choose meals and snacks that require little to no preparation. (Veggie sausages are pricey and perhaps not something you eat every day, but they're quick to prepare so that you can focus on other things!)

Give me ALL the foods you can eat with just ☝️ hand cuz this newborn momma doesn’t have time for a plate or a fork! 🤱🏻 #truth 
Egg muffin cups have been a go to breakfast option for me for a few years, but convenience has taking on a whole new meaning now that I e got a little babe that needs me (aka my boobies) 24/7! 🤪 I was able to whip up 2 weeks worth of these egg cups in about 10 minutes. I lined each silicon muffin liner with a slice of deli ham. microwaved 2 bags of spinach until wilted and even dispersed in each muffin cup and then filled each muffin cup with liquid egg whites. That’s it! #easypeasy {you could sprinkle with some shredded cheese too or add in whatever ingredients you have on hand} Bake in the over for about 15 minutes at 350 and then cool before storing. Egg cups keep in the fridge for about 4 days or freeze and reheat anytime for a quick and easy protein packed breakfast! 👌
