I love this time of the year!
It’s hustling and bustling in both kitchens and spirits are generally high.... not in the Canadian way of “high” though 😇! 15 years ago we built this kitchen (and shop) from scratch, from the bottom up.... one step at the time. Many times I got asked “why so much effort into a place you might outgrow quickly?”..... well, I said it then and I say it now “no intention to outgrow!”
In our craft there is not too much beauty in getting “big” and we try to prove that there are 1000+ reasons to grow rather horizontally... like improving on all things important.... our quality, our service, our environment (we are 95% waste free!), our creativity, our culture and most importantly-the well being and career of our co-workers.
So there is no shortage on stimulation ....and that means “growth” to us!
Having this said there are a lot of exciting things on the “horizon”..... like a brand new and exciting line of products as well as a fun project partnership with a local distillery!
Now, that might sound intriguing?
