⭐️Perform the exercises in the following pyramid sequence:. •Rep 1: complete 1 push-ups and 1 full circle.
•Rep 2: complete 2 push-ups then 2 full circle.
•Rep 3: Complete 3 push-ups then 3 full circles
•Work your way up the pyramid to the desired number of reps then immediate back down to 1 Rep.( for example 1,2,3,2,1).

With a partner you each do 1 then 2 then 3... push ups until your arms can’t take anymore and someone falls. While one person is working, the other holds the top of the push up position. Oh and only perfect push up positions please. Core tight, no dropping your hips or sticking your butt in the air. Please and thank you👍

My family is a huge reason I’m really into fitness so it only makes sense that my dad joins me for a Super Sunday Complex. Who are you going to grab to do this challenge with? Hopefully the best push up person you know. Let me know how far you can get💪

Several studies have demonstrated that performing exercises on an unstable surface elicits a greater effect on increasing the muscular activity of the core region, including the rectus abdominis, erector spinae, and internal and external oblique muscles.

❌Common Mistake
You let your lower back sag as we can see in the video.
It's the inevitable form breakdown that takes place when you just don't have the baseline strength necessary to perform a standard pushup.

👍Solution:
Keep core activated and back straight.
Always maintain the spinal curves in a neutral position as in standing
.
Keep all the core muscles tight as you lift up.
The external and internal abdominal muscles, together with the deep erector spinae and pelvic floor muscles work in coordination to stabilize the spine.

När man får köra nya bussen tidigare idag måste det invigas på sedvanligt sätt. 15 bus-ups följt av fulselfie. Med detta gjort förklarar jag 1903 klar för trafik...Nu springer jag hem!
