I used to know exactly what I DIDN'T want but I struggled to know what I DID want. At times, I felt fear to express what I wanted, in case it would't happen and I would fail. I also kept thinking a lot about what I hadn't achieved in the past and would therefore, determine that it won't happen in the future either.
My life has only changed since I started taking time to focus what I DO want, how I want to feel, how much future will feel, how my body will look, what my business will look like.
We create our reality with our thoughts.
As long as we focus on what we don't want (eating sugar, being overweight, hating our body, sabotaging ourselves, feeling crazy about food, depriving ourselves, waiting for the perfect body until we can have fun and happiness) - we will get that.
We need to show our mind what to focus on, otherwise please don't be surprise that nothing is changing for you in life.
