Ideally, you want about 0.8-1g of protein per pound of bodyweight to ensure pure consuming enough protein to not only be healthy, but also support protein synthesis and muscle maintenance. You need to provide your body with enough amino acids to build muscle and make gains. I like to have about 25g/meal as this seems to be an ideal dosage for absorption and partitioning though it is not the end of the world if you have a little more or a little less as total protein daily intake is more important. Some of these foods listed here can add near 3-5g+ of protein which can upgrade a meal from 15g of protein to 20-25g of protein with minimal effort and sometimes few calories.
✔️ Chia, hemp, and flax seeds have bout 3g/tbsp so adding a couple of tbsp can bring that protein up by almost 10g. They are great additions to salads and oatmeals.
✔️ Kale has 5g per 100g serving which is only 50 calories earning that adding a few handfuls of kale in your stir fry or salad can up that protein with minimal calories.

Meet Tiger, he was a kitten here. I used to take him for a run 🏃🏻‍♀️he’d be on a leash. The only difference with the puppy was that he loved exploring and climbing the trees every time he’d see a tree 🌲😂

Don’t mess with the kitty . . Meet Tiger, he was a kitten here. I used to take him for a run 🏻‍♀️he’d be on a leash. The only difference with the puppy was that he loved exploring and climbing the trees every time he’d see a tree 🌲 . . Now, i take Luna 🐕 the puppy for a run. Her cardio is getting better slowly and Luna likes to chase after birds and squirrels 🐿 . . Tiger was definitely a faster runner than Luna as a kitten. . Have always wondered if these pull downs actually do anything for me? Never been able to develop my lats as far as width(deadlifts have given thickness). Have also made every excuse to not make pull ups more important in my training 😒.

Chicken Nachos | Serves 4 by @recipe_tin

NACHOS
250g / 8 oz corn chips, 250g /2.5c shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack
TOPPINGS: Sour cream, Coriander / cilantro, Jalapeno 
CHICKEN: 700g / 1.2 lb chicken thighs or breast , 1.5 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tsp sugar, 1 cup chicken broth
NACHOS SEASONING: 3 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 garlic cloves minced, 2 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, 3 tsp each cumin powder, paprika, 1/2 tsp each cayenne pepper (optional), salt, pepper
QUICK GUAC – user potato masher for: 2 med avos, 3 tbsp coriander/cilantro chopped, 2 tbsp lime juice, S&P

1. CHICKEN: Mix Seasoning with splash of broth to form paste, coat chicken. Heat oil on high heat, sear chicken until golden, remove, shred. 
2. Add tomato paste, sugar, remaining broth and scrape leftover marinade from bowl into pan, bring to simmer, add shredded chicken, cook down to thick sauce (~3 min).
3. Place half cornchips on tray, top with half chicken, half cheese, repeat. Bake 180C/350F until cheese is melted, serve immediately with Toppings!! .

The abdominal muscles form the anterior and lateral abdominal wall and consist of the external abdominal obliques, the internal abdominal obliques, the rectus abdominis and the transversus abdominis . Acting together these muscles form a firm wall that protects the viscera and they help to maintain erect posture. In addition the contraction of these muscles helps in expiration and to increase the intra-abdominal pressure such as in sneezing, coughing, micturating, defecating, lifting and childbirth

The rectus abdominis muscle performs the important task of flexing the torso and spine in the abdominal region. It does this by pulling the ribcage closer to the pelvis. The rectus abdominis can also tense to contract the abdomen without moving the torso, as in sucking in one's gut.

It is important to strengthen the rectus abdominal as  you abdominals act as an anchor for muscles of the mid and lower back. If your abs are weak, it forces the back muscles to work harder to support your middle. Abdominal strength improves the endurance of the muscles of your back so you fatigue less easily and are less vulnerable to strain or injury.
✅ How to perferm the exercise?

1️⃣Lie on your back with your knees together and your legs bent to 90 degrees, feet planted on the floor. 
2️⃣Place your palms face down on the floor for support. 
3️⃣Tighten your abs to lift your hips off the floor as you crunch.

Heavy weighted #squats after along time trying to get back in the game.

150 kgs * 4 * 2

170 kgs was my personal record and I was able to get three Repps out of it which is obviously on video but due to the injuries that has happened have pulled me down but still humans are supposed to evolve and hence I am trying to evolve and grow so trying to be strong trying to come back strong as possible this road is going to be little tough for me but my target is set 200 KG I am coming for you baby and it’s going to be light as shit and I am going to make it happen in another three months let’s hope for the best In Sha Allah.
