Do you ever feel like your waking hours are spent by either thinking about the past or worrying about the future? Yup, our brains love keeping us busy. But hey, there’s a way out of that loop, and it’s through mindfulness.
One form of mindfulness is going into a state of flow. To get there, all you have to do is embark in an activity that keeps you focused, effortlessly. It can be anything in the world for as long as it draws your complete attention to the present moment and allows your mind to engage with what is happening right here, right now. 🤗
So, what helps you go in a state of flow? For me, it comes from practicing yoga, biking and snorkeling.
