YONI TASTE and SCENT.
Every woman and every Yoni has their own distinct taste and scent. Some are more floral, some are sweet, some are more tart or distinct.
Whatever your taste or scent is, just know you are beautiful EXACTLY as you are!
As The Yoni Nutritionist, I often get asked what are some of the foods to eat to make my Yoni taste and and smell better.
Here are my top 3 tips for happy and healthy Yoni:
1. Eat whole foods and lots of fresh fruits and veggies - our Yoni's especially love pineapples, apples, celery, and strawberries. Eating whole foods also helps with digestion which our Yoni's love because they contain lots of fiber as well. So ditch the processed and frozen crap and stick to whole foods with lots of fresh fruits and veggies!
2. Probiotics - take a good-quality probiotic supplement (I recommend a minimum of 50 billion), and include fermented foods in your diet like sauerkraut, kimchi, and kombucha (if you arent sensitive to sugar). Yogurt also contains acidophilus and bifidus, which are important probiotics for our Yoni's as well!
3. Water - keep hydrated ladies!! Our Yoni's love water because it helps to keep us lubricated and flushes toxins out of our bodies.
