Firstly I think the key is sitting down and pencilling in a specific goal. My advice is never make it weight related . Instead focus on dropping body fat or increasing muscle mass. Pick a date and work towards it.
Success in health and fitness comes with its sacrifices but it is always worth it.
Get the help of a Coach , work to a specific plan or program and be relentless in your chase!
Aim to always be the hardest worker in the room and surround yourself with people who share the same vision.
Anyone can do it , I’ve seen people completely transform themselves to be almost unrecognisable. If you really want it as bad as you say you do then make the time and get it done !
