Postpartum-Healing Breastfeeding-Supporting Power Bowl

And even if you aren’t pregnant, breastfeeding, heck—even if you aren’t a WOMAN, this meal will give you the energy you need for a day’s work. This right here is a meal for anyone and everyone, but especially the mama.
🥦One sweet potato, diced
🥦A pound of grass-fed ground beef (please note you aren’t going to eat a whole pound of ground beef; you’ll eat some with this meal and save this as an addition for another meal—#mealprep saves moms everywhere)
🥦One small white onion, diced
🥦An inch of ginger, peeled and chopped thinly
🥦2 tsp of turmeric
🥦Salt and pepper to taste
🥦Half an avocado
🥦A handful of chopped romaine lettuce and mixed greens
🥦A couple sweet peppers for fun
🥣Heat a cast iron skillet; once ready add avocado oil and onion to sauté until translucent.
🥣Once translucent, add sweet potato and ginger. Stir occasionally and cook until sweet potato is fork tender.
🥣While sweet potato is cooking, sauté ground beef with salt, pepper, and turmeric until browned.
🥣Add greens to a bowl and serve with potato hash, ground beef, avocado, and sweet peppers.
