Fix Your Feet!  People often ignore feet when they are dealing with knee, hip, back and even neck pain.  Your body is a chain and everything is connected.  Overpronation (collapsed arch) of the foot throws off the align emend of your whole body.

Picture 3 shows how an insole or proper shoes can correct the overpronation and help remedy your problem.  Not everyone needs an insole, some types of overpronation are from weak or “lazy” muscles.  Something as simple as contacting your your Glute muscles or "active standing" can correct your feet.

In an ideal world, bones hold us up and muscles move the bones.

In the real world bones tend to be misaligned and muscles are forced to hold us up.

The guy in the picture on the left bears and transfers weight efficiently through the bones freeing the muscles to work as designed.

The guy on the right has misaligned bones forcing his muscles to help with upright posture,  diminishing their ability to fulfill their main function.

Why shouldn't you expect results too soon?

Let's look at it from a very simple point of view. 
Most people join a gym from an aesthetic point of view. Which means them getting bigger, leaner, ripped, toned etc. Usually these people are only concerned about the aesthetics portion and why not? Who wants to look bad? No one. 
Here's how this is harming you. To achieve those aesthetics, you'll do absolutely anything like run on a treadmill for hours, lift as heavy as you can. Trust me, I've also been there 🤣
But there are a ton of things you need to do to make sure that your body can take that torture. 
What to do? 
So when you start out, make sure the intensity you're working at is pretty light. Now this could be light weights, less time on the treadmill etc. This would yield in good results as well as minimal chance of an injury. 
Secondly, the most important thing is - Postural Correction. And no, I'm not talking about your posture during your exercise, I'm talking about your posture in general. 
If you're wondering who's gonna do this, the answer is your Gym trainer. This is the very first thing taught to all of us. If they don't really know what that means, clearly you're at the wrong place. 
These are some of the basic things you can do to make sure you're heading the right way, safely!

As you can see from under, it's the lightest spring option available. All core #control, #strength, and awareness to lift the pedal and still have a sense of pelvic motion over that teeny tiny chair top. If you winced as I went backward, I swear the spine stretch over the back felt great. Promise 😀✋📖

📌 Objectif : contrôle postural sur plan instable chez le footballeur .
Eeeet oui, on n'a pas 2 ⭐⭐ sans effort. .
A nos amis footballeurs qui ont pour habitude de travailler toujours en extrême rotation du bassin avec enroulement du membre inferieur (n'oublions cette incroyable frappe de bat*** de Benjaaaamin Paaavaaaard), voici un petit exercice tout basique mais qui demande un bon controle positionnel surtout sur plan instable. .

📌 Principe : départ pieds joints sur plan instable, arrivée en fente avec contrôle de "chute"
On doit retrouver : - 1 tronc reste bien fixe qui ne se balade pas de gauche à droit
- 1 bassin dans l'axe et non plus en rotation (le nombril regarde devant, même si on a tous voulu essayer la danse du ventre de @princesseperinee 🙏)
- des genoux qui ne se font pas de bisous (même si on aime bien les bisous) avec des rotules regardant devant également, et un genou qui ne depasse pas le pied comme ca peut être le cas chez notre patient

Le tout forme un super exercice en controle et de gainage postural, qui met en jeu les principaux muscles des membres inférieurs (quadri, fessiers, ischio mais aussi la chaine laterale), du tronc et de la ceinture scapulaire.

Immediately after an ankle sprain use the price acronym.

P- protect your ankle by sitting or laying down to take pressure off your ankle, we don’t want anything to aggravate the injury .
R-rest by limiting your walking and moving around. Stay off the injured area as much as possible to allow the body’s natural healing elements to come into play.
I- ice for no more than 20 minutes at a time (avoid freezer burn) for 3-5 times a day, for 2-3 days.
C- compress by wrapping a bandage around affected area to help reduce swelling, however don’t wrap to tight as these will reduce circulation to the area.
E-elevate as ankle as much as possible during early stages to improve circulation and speed up the healing process.

After these initial protocols, early stage rehab can begin.

No caso a abordagem que foi possível foi confeccionar uma PALMILHA DE CONFORTO que está na foto, além dessa cobertura colorida muito bonita tem a parte amarela que se chama Poron (placa de conforto e absorção de força) e alguma peças por baixo da cobertura que faz com que a criança não jogue peso para o local da dor.

F.M. Alexander was originally known as "the breathing man" and working with the breath is a common factor between the Technique and Yoga. Alexander once berated a student exclaiming “'This isn't breathing: it's lifting your chest and collapsing'.” Learning to breathe again in a natural, easy way is often a necessary first step before exploring the profundities of more advanced techniques such as Pranayama. This practice in Yoga helps to release energy; the dynamic quality of being enlivened is experienced during appropriate practice under the guidance of a teacher.
The Alexander Technique works a little differently with breath using procedures to assist the natural process of breathing to occur, unhindered by unnecessary tension. Working with the head, neck and spine the Alexander Teacher assists the student to release constricting tension and allow an easy mobility throughout the body. This head, neck and spine mobility frees up the Ida and Pingala, two of the subtle energy channels associated with the spine. It is this coordination of the head, neck and spine that will bring about a natural, spontaneous breathing rhythm. Having established this rhythm, different and more advanced techniques can then be introduced. 
Thus, by applying the Alexander Technique to the practice of Yoga, impediments to progress can be quickly observed and overcome, the student's practice is enriched and the work toward wholeness of body, mind and self can be greatly enhanced.

Die Patientin hatte eine Hüft Operation links (01/2018). Das Video auf der linken Seite stammt vom (01/2019), also ein Jahr nach der Hüftoperation. Man kann erkennen, dass sie in der Standbeinphase links auf der betroffenen Seite Schmerzen hatte. Diese wurden neben der allgemeinen Muskelschwäche auch durch einen Bluterguss in Hüftgelenksnähe oder einem resultierenden Bandscheibenvorfall in der Lendenwirbelsäule hervorgerufen. Leider kam zu allem Übel noch ein leichter Schlaganfall hinzu, weshalb wir lange pausieren mussten. Aktuell geht es allerdings bergauf und Gangsicherheit/ Schmerzen haben sich deutlich gebessert. Neck stretches are pretty easy to do, so why does nobody do them? There's only really two possible reasons. Either we don't know how, or we're scared.

These stretches are really simple and you have nothing to be scared of. The muscles around your neck are just like any other muscles and can get tight from overworking. I would suggest keeping these neck stretches below a 6/10 intensity and hold them for no more than about 15 seconds or so - at least for a start.
.
It's important to remember that your neck will be tight for a reason and stretching it will only relieve the symptoms, it won't fix the issue! If you can't find the culprit in your daily routine, look to your posture or movement mechanics. If you need any help, just ask!
