8oz cream cheese, 1 packet SF white chocolate jello pudding and about a 1/2 pint of half and half. Use hand mixer on cream cheese first to make smooth and the add the other 2.... BLEND. I could simply leave it at that but when I was struggling to truly find and grow a stronger relationship with food that word meant NOTHING to me.

So I will say this 👉🏼 eat what you LOVE but eat MORE of what you know will bless your body with what it NEEDS!

Eat the chicken sandwich but Monday through Friday eat a chicken salad.

Eat the ice cream but on MOST days make a Greek yogurt parfait with nuts and berries.

Eat the doughnut your co worker brought in this morning but pack you lunch with lots of veggies and healthy proteins.

Eat what you LOVE but also eat what loves to make you FEEL GOOD!

Is your mouth watering yet? Cause mine is! Here’s the recipe for the best damn carnitas tacos you will ever make... Ingredients: * 1 tablespoon chili powder
* 2 teaspoons ground cumin
* 2 teaspoons dried oregano
* 2 teaspoons salt, or more, to taste
* 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 4 pound pork shoulder, excess fat trimmed
* 4 cloves garlic, peeled
* 2 onions, quartered
* 2 oranges, juiced
* 2 limes, juiced

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper. Season pork shoulder with spice mixture, rubbing in thoroughly on all sides.
2. Place garlic, onions, orange juice, lime juice and seasoned pork shoulder into a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
3. Remove pork shoulder from the slow cooker and shred the meat before returning to the pot with the juices; season with salt and pepper, to taste, if needed. Cover and keep warm for an additional 30 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to broil. Place carnitas onto a baking sheet and broil until crisp and crusted, about 3-4 minutes.

Hanger happens🤷🏻‍♀️… and it’s not pretty. You’ve been there right?! You’re busy doing a million things, you forget to eat, and then all of a sudden – BAM – your ravenous and no matter what you eat, it isn’t enough. When you get ‘hangry’ you reach the point of no return when it comes to eating. You eat too fast, you eat too much, and you eat all the wrong things. I get it – it happens to me too🙋🏻‍♀️ - especially since the 👶🏻 was born. I just get distracted and then find myself eating everything in sight (even if I don’t want it…I’m just eating things because they are there)🤦🏻‍♀️⁠⠀

👉🏻Don’t let hanger happen to you. Hanger = over eating, but if you stay ahead of your hunger and get in touch with your body, you know to eat at the first signs of hunger, which helps you to eat slowly & more mindfully (hello happiness!) ⁠⠀

If you want to put an end to feeling ‘hangry’ follow these simple steps:⁠⠀
.⁠⠀
✅ Don’t go more than a few hours without eating. That means eat breakfast (even if it’s something light) and have healthy snacks on hand with you during the day⁠⠀

✅Eat foods that fill you up – get more fiber into your diet, have a good source of protein at each meal and snack, don’t skip out on healthy fats – these nutrients help you feel fuller longer ⁠⠀

✅Limit the added sugars- the more simple sugar in your diet, the quicker your food is digested and the more your body secretes insulin (which stimulates appetite)⁠⠀

One of my new favorites. Spinach salad with chicken, strawberries, walnuts and homemade vinaigrette. I will definitely be taking this to work with me next week for lunch.

I used two servings of veggies, one fruit, one protein, one healthy fats and one dressing. I love when I can eat things I enjoy and still feel I am making good choices. That is my favorite thing about my nutrition plan is I know its sustainable for me so I feel good about it.

I lost about 40lbs doing keto and CrossFit, but when we started IVF I wasn’t able to work out and went off my diet. I gained it all back in way less than it took me to lose it.

Keto wasn’t sustainable for me because I always felt I was being deprived of something. So when I went off the diet I ate everything I was missing.

I loved CrossFit because I felt like such a badass doing it. It definitely took me out of my comfort zone and I saw some results. But it was so challenging for me that when I missed a few days it was so hard to get myself to go back. And it was really expensive. I paid per month what I paid for a year with my current program. 
This is something that will work for me longterm because its a lifestyle change based on real nutrition, not a fad diet.

This isn’t a “get fit quick” solution... this is a “show up for yourself day in and day out, put in the work and the effort and then the results will speak for themselves” solution! 
Is it easy? Not every day. 
Am I the fittest person on your feed? Absolutely not. 
Am I a certified nutritionist? Nope! 
But this company has taken the guess work out by providing no nonsense superfood nutrition, portion control systems and workout programs developed by world renowned super trainers. 
I’ve been doing the at home workouts since the end of February this year... and I can now fit into these jeans... these jeans that I haven’t worn in 2 years!! The amazing thing is, my results COULD have been even better, but I was slacking on my nutrition. Not anymore. I’m dialing in my nutrition with the #ultimateportionfix container system along side the new @morningmeltdown100 program. 
I’ve found my motivation and gotten my confidence back, I’m sleeping better, my skin is clearing up wonderfully - I still have an entire tote of clothes that are too tight, so I’m not done yet. 
I’ve fallen back in love with health and fitness again, so much so, that I took the plunge and signed up as a coach so that I can help others get their lives back! If you’re looking for a change, I would LOVE to help you!

Could have been better choices.  I did stairs today.
