Seasonal allergy sufferers!
I feel for you. I have minor allergies, but I have witnessed people with more severe allergies. There are many online articles about possible ways to relieve allergy symptoms. Some ay work for you and some may not. I believe that the best way to really remedy your allergy symptoms is to first find out exactly what triggers your allergies. Most people relate seasonal allergies with pollen. In general, this may be true. Did you know that there are different kinds of pollen that come from various trees, flowers, and ragweed during spring/summer? Knowing the specific pollen that affects you, will help you to better manage your allergy symptoms.

1. Food. It seems simple but food, specifically healthy options, have been shown to relieve many symptoms. Various fruits and veggies, such as cauliflower, berries, onions, broccoli, etc have been known to have Quercetin in it. What is Quercetin? It is a flavanoid that helps relieve allergy symptoms by blocking histamine production in the body.
