1️⃣ Thankfully I don’t spend much time watching TV. But, I am guilty for having it on while try to fall asleep. This month I am challenging myself to limit my TV time to an hour a day, except lazy Sunday mornings with bae.
Podcast is my new TV! .
2️⃣ Becoming smarty pants. Without me using my tv as much, I will have plenty of spare time to pick up more books. I am dedicating to read at least 1hr before bed. Books on my list are all books that guide me to be in the Power of Now!
3️⃣ I am very ambitious, but I’d like to focus on growing my mindset. I challenge myself to stay Positive, saying daily Affirmations, Manifesting my dreams, & starting/ ending my day with 3 things I am Grateful for. This April I am going to make my dreams come to life, and I am going to keep working/ dreaming for what I want. .
4️⃣ Tbh I’m more of a Pilates girl, but yoga is excellent for practicing Breathing exercises. I’ve downloaded this app @betterme.yoga . I am going to practice yoga 3-4x a week at home. I am going to become stronger Physically and Mentally. I am going to become a happier human by the end of April. Yay Yoga 🧘🏻♀️ Inhale Exhale 😙 .
5️⃣ LOVE!! I love, Love. Spread the Mo’fo love people. I am going to eliminate all negativity( people, vibes, etc) gone, bye, and replacing it with love. Sometimes this is easier said than done but, that’s the challenge! I am going to love myself more and love each person I see, even if I don’t know them. Smile at anyone I pass by and say “hello” or wish them a great day, even if I only say it in my head. Positivity is the key, and I want all the happy doors open! 🥳 .
