There are many reasons you can be experiencing tension in or around the knee. Instead of looking at just the knee look at the surrounding structures. •
The knee should be able to perform flexion, extension, and a small amount of medial and lateral rotation(when flexed). If the knee feels “stuck”, it’s “clicking”, or pain around or under the knee cap or it may be limited by the tissues of the lower leg. •

>>> Schedule it in! Seriously. Put it in your planner, let the people in your life know that this is something you have to make time for.

>>> Find a class or type of workout you like. If you enjoy it you're more likely to go, it's guided, and created to help you see results.

>>> Make it a family affair. Pick a couple of nights during the week that the whole family or you and your fur babies can get together and be active, instead of watching TV or engaging in other forms of screen time.

>>> Use the time you have. Whether you can only dedicate 15 minutes or an hour, use that time wisely and get up and get moving. .
>>> Use a personal trainer! They tend to have flexible schedules that allow them to accommodate your needs. Also, they customize programs to get you results faster.

>>> Make time for it. You might have to wake up a little earlier, squeeze it in during lunch, move around while your kids are at practice, use the baby's nap time, give up some social media perusing, or utilize commercial breaks during your favorite shows.

A pretty fantastic moment from training yesterday

Strength coaching isn't just barbells and chalk, but also breaking down movement and ensuring that your people are setting a sound foundation where they feel safe and strong in their daily lives first

@georgiaparasiers had not been able to squat to parallel before - back pain, dodgy advice, ridiculous programming ideas from other fitness facilities, and simply being told 'just do it' and having someone throw a barbell on her back 
She and I have been working consistently over the last 5 weeks on increasing her awareness, strengthening of her hip flexors and glutes, feet, and diaphragm control, and improving her internal/external rotation

Last night she was able to hit parallel for the first time in her adult life. She has done such an awesome job of applying herself, and it's going to be great to now work on bringing some consistency to this performance and working with load in the near future

You try to eat right and you work out, but you aren’t seeing the results you’d hope to. Keep reading to find out 3 mistakes you might be making.
•You eat healthy, but you aren’t tracking anything. To lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit. Healthy foods still contain calories, so it is possible to eat at maintenance, or even in a surplus, if you eat healthy foods. If you aren’t tracking what you’re eating, you don’t really know how many calories you’re consuming.
•You workout, so you’re burning extra calories, but you’re still eating more than you burn. It’s possible that by adding a workout regime into your life, that you will become more hungry. However, you need to be careful that you aren’t adding in extra food (calories) to fulfill that hunger, thus putting you into a calorie surplus.

This is my whelp, shit face...
•
My bench has been trash since I fell off the skateboard.. 🤣🤣🤣
I haven’t been able to get back on program, my descent has been super loose, and everything feels extremely heavy. •
My initial reaction when shit feels like it’s hitting the fan, or things just aren’t going quiet right is to frustrated and go into a woe is me party... •
Because I know that I’m usually able to catch it pretty quickly, and get back on track. 
Which is deviating from the original plan, trouble shooting, and adapting on the fly.
So much of what we have to deal with in life is how we react when our original plan doesn’t go exactly how it’s laid out.. that in itself is a skill, and it’s something that becomes better the more you’re present and aware with the task at hand.. •

My absolute love at the moment! So challenging, but so rewarding learning a new skill! 
I’m working with @performanceplusprogram to increase my strength and perfect my skills. 
On top of that I’m learning tumbling at Sydney Olympic Park once a week! 
This video is me attempting a scaled version of the Russian Dip. This was so tough!! @pamelagnon makes it look so easy!! This move will help with the transition in a muscle up. If you are game, give it a try and tag me in your vid!

és que a moda surge e se difunde mas academias de musculação, mesmo sendo uma prática muito antiga de respiração e postural, após Rhondem vencer o MR. Olympia 2018 com um físico diferenciado, com uma linha de cintura totalmente fora dos padrões atuais da competição. Competição que tinha pleno do domínio do Phill o qual acabou sendo derrotado. 
E então o mesmo em sua primeira entrevista, e logo foi questionado sobre sua cintura impressionante, a qual tinha feito a diferença. Ele então ele revelou a prática abdominal para o músculos do abdômen transverso. 
Uma prática já executada por alguns Bodybuilding em seus treinos de pose. Arnold Schwarzenegger em 1974 já praticava assim como também tantos outros históricos atletas como Lou Ferrigno, Com o intuito de fazer um Vaccum e melhorar a apresentação de seu abdômen frente aos árbitros. .

E mais uma vez esse esporte tão bacana e ao mesmo tempo tão denegrido, criticado e conceituado de maneira errônea por tantos, um esporte que ainda permanece no gueto, porém jamais deixou de influenciar tantos métodos de treinamentos, treinadores e varios métodos desenvolvidos por eles, exercícios, variações e técnicas de movimentos. .

Devemos ser muito gratos a esses caras, a esse esporte, a esse estilo de vida que nos traz tanta prática física, nutricional e psicológica. Devemos muito a eles. .

E hoje, muitos que criticam esses atletas nem sabem mas usam muito desses caras, e hoje a moda é o LPF, Low pressure fitness. Pra terem a famosa “barriga negativa”. Estão aí... buscando isso. E não sou contra. Porém admita e dê os valores a esse esporte. Pois até então, a prática do LPF era desconhecida por muitos. E graças a uma simples entrevista dessa atleta da esquerda a parada estourou. .

You’re one of the nicest and most hard working individuals I know. Alot of people are too scared to put in the work and do a serious bulk. They don't want to "get fat", lose definition, lose muscle striations, lose abs, lose a v-taper, etc. Everyone has their own goals and opinions, which is amazing. But if you want to put on some serious muscle mass, you have to put in the time, work, and effort along with a caloric surplus. Change does not happen over night, and it doesn't happen without the extra food intake to add muscle to your frame. I see so many people who want to stay at a low body fat, but constantly complain about not gaining size. I don't see where the confusion is. Take the time, and no, I don't mean weeks or even a few months, but take a long time to bulk up and put on the size you want. You can always lose the body fat later, but you have to have the size first. So here's an example of me.
