Social media is filled with people showing “picture perfect” lives all day errrrrrrrryday! ⠀⠀
I could pretend the same, but I’m here to tell you that my daily life is not always “picture perfect” like today. Hence why I’m using one from the archives today
My day “real” day went something like this.
Woke up late, rolled outta bed a hot mess, checked in with my online virtual community, a morning field trip (best part of the day)
ran home to cook hot lunch for the boys, a post office errand for shipments out, washing laundry, onset of a potential migraine, cooked dinner, a nap to sleep of my 🤕 (while Jay did Jakes soccer game, thank God) woken by doorbell, up for folding laundry, scrubbed toilets (boy mom battle )
dog walked me, quick Shoppers haul, now I’m parked on the couch like a lump and just realized I’m hungry because my eating and water intake have been shameful all day🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
Just keeping it real over here...life is not always what is portrayed on the feeds you see. It’s comprised of insane busy lives with “ picture perfect” moments in the midst of it all.
Learn to savour & LOVE the insane, busy, monotonous, imperfect perfect life you’ve created. - 29 seconds ago
