Today is my last 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 day of summer, and I'm not really sure how I'm feeling about that🤷🏽♀️🙃. •
On one hand, I'm totally going to miss my little outdoor runs and workouts🍃, not having to feel rushed or stressed at the gym💪🏼, and getting to spend every day with my lovaaaaa❤️....but, on the other hand, I'm also ready to get back to the normal routine that comes with school. •
This will sadly be my last outdoor park workout for the summer so make sure you SAVE FOR LATER becuase this is one of the best ones yet💪🏼🤗. . •
This primarily targets your upper body and core, but also engages your whole body in a lot of the exercises. Depending on if you are doing cardio before, you may want to alter the number of set/reps accordingly. What I did is run one mile and then repeat this as a circuit 3x. 𝗗𝗼 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, REST, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 2-4𝘅.
🌸: Push-Ups (10 reps). .
🌼: Decline Down Down Up Ups (10 full). .
🌸: Bench Tricep Dips (10-12reps)..
🌼: Elevated Toe Tap Balance (20 reps). .
🌸: Shoulder Taps (20 reps). .
