Should I be saying these in kilos yet?? It's been awhile since I've done these so the technique was a little rough. My collarbone is beat up from some bad pulls but I grinded it out. It definitely felt better towards the end.

My transition into the jerk is slowly coming together.

I’ve spoken about spot-reducing before and how you can’t reduce fat from a specific area on the body simply by working that area. For example, you can’t do sit-ups 3 times a week and burn fat specifically from your stomach. Sure, the more movement you do, the more calories you’ll burn which will, in turn, help you with fat loss. But it won’t be directly off your stomach and it won’t necessarily even occur if there aren’t other critical factors being met.

The same thing applies for overall fat loss. You can’t lose fat simply by doing one particular ‘best exercise for fat loss’. There are many other variables that come into play when looking at fat loss. I take that back, actually. I have seen an exercise on social media from a few prolific trainers that would be the perfect movement for fat loss... Nothing can fully prepare you for the journey of pregnancy because for everyone it looks a little bit different. It will for sure change you.

The best part for me so far has been feeling our little nugget kick and grow. 💙 The bigger my belly grows I know the bigger and stronger he is. And now my belly acts like my saucer catching every spill that leaves my fingers or my mouth. 😂 It also reminds me I can't fit in tight spaces so easily anymore.

Everytime I look down I'm in awe at what my body has created.

Here is a quick and easy guide to how to make a protein shake🥛

These nutrient packed shakes can serve as an excellent meal replacement when you short on time!👍🏻

Step 1:💧Pick a liquid. More liquid makes thinner shake and less make it thicker. Start with 4-8oz per serving. Example: Water, Milk, Nut milk, Iced unsweetened tea. .

Step 2: Pick a protein powder. 25g (one scoop) should be enough for serving. Example: Whey, hemp, pea, rice protein. .
.
Step 3: 🥦Pick a veggie. 1-2 handfuls. Use raw or roasted veggies. Spinach works well since it’s undetectable. Pair canned or roasted pumpkin with vanilla. Try pairing peeled, roasted beets with chocolate. When using cucumber or celery, reduce the amount of liquids you use.

I wrote down my goals for this upcoming reverse diet and I’m excited! I’m probably going to diet a little longer after this weekend and not just go full throttle on food but will still enjoy myself in moderation obviously 🙄 -

Honestly have never pushed this hard with diet , and exercise as well it honestly feels great to know how much I’m willing to push and push towards a goal even though it’s tough, don’t get me wrong it wasn’t easy 😂  but I’d say it was worth it , I’m excited to maintain a leaner side this year and not just think about food as a negative thing. 
I’ve grown a lot this year and I’ve learned a lot. I’m excited for this year and what’s to come🙏😇

I tried the whole fish thing and keto just isn't for me. While I was seeing results as far as physique, I wasn't getting some of the other benefits as being plant based.
