Recently I have hit a super low... .
Firstly, I am NOT a winter kinda girl. I literally will cry for nothing on a cold day. On top of that, my working hours (4am mornings Monday to Friday) doesn't make it any easier. Yes, I do wake up with a few tears, pull myself together and get on with it. .
On top of that, I feel extremely overwhelmed. Between clients, prepping client sessions, 9 classes a week, prepping for those classes which is the most time consuming (designing, memorizing and practising routines), checking on online clients far away and updating their programs each week, currently studying 2 new courses, general admin, responding to emails/watsapps and still trying to have a life.
Plus, after a bad fall about 5 weeks ago and a few minor (but not to mess with) injuries that came of it, I have been doing limited exercise. Exercise is what keeps me sane. And with all the chaos I find myself not being able to turn to the one thing that keeps me calm. I am however determined to get back into a routine and just work around it until fully recovered.
However, through all the chaos - I always remind myself how blessed I am to be in a position to have my own business that I am truly passionate about and I am wise enough to recognize that there be tough days but never to give up. Running your own business is not easy - physically and emotionally. But I do have a vision and future goals that is bigger than my current self and I know that in order to be better I have to just stick with the plan, put my big girl panties on and march forward! .
Rome wasn't built in a day... but they did work on it every single day! .
