1/4 cup quick oats (GF option: quinoa or rice flakes) ⁣⁣
1 x zucchini⁣⁣
1 cup of cauliflower ⁣⁣
1 scoop vegan choc protein powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder ⁣⁣
1.5 cups plant milk
1 tsp sweetener

➕➕Toppings: ♥️ A C T I V A T E D, R A W, slowly DEHYDRATED Superfood Paleo Clusters - Hazelnut Choc Granola @blissfitfoods
Frozen berries
Superorb ⁣⁣
Salted caramel PB sauce ⁣⁣
⁣⁣.
⁣⁣⏩⏩Instructions

1. Chop the zucchini and cauliflower into chunks and put it into a food processor. Pulse a few times until the vegetables are a “rice” texture.⁣⁣
2. In a small pot on medium heat, add in the riced veggies and 1/2 cup of plant milk. Cook for 5 minutes to remove the “vegetable” taste, stirring occasionally ⁣⁣
3. Add in the quick oats and remaining 1 cup of plant milk. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer. ⁣⁣
4. Stir in the protein powder, cocoa powder and sweetener of choice. You may need to add a dash more liquid depending on the brand of protein powder you are using. Cook for 1-2 minutes until thick and creamy.⁣⁣
5. Transfer your oatmeal into a bowl and top with your fave toppings! ⁣⁣

As I said in yesterday’s post, my gut has been acting up a little. As another remedy to try to improve gut health, I’m also trying to eat more oats for breakfast. 
Whole oats are a healthy grain with prebiotic benefits. Prebiotic’s are types of dietary fiber that feed the friendly bacteria in your gut. This helps the bacteria produce nutrients for your cells and leads to a healthier digestive system. It also helps you feel full and eat less during the day.

Last night I had a dream I went to a beach and cried . I cried because it was covered in litter and plastic bottles.

It shocked me that I can still think about climate change and pollution even when I'm not fully functioning/ when I'm asleep !

This just proves that I love our planet and want to help it ! So make sure that today and tomorrow and the next , you try to something little for the planet .

It can be as simple and switching of a light or picking up litter ! It scares me though that every bit of plastic made still exists !🙈🌍❤️

•1-1.5 tablespoons of rolled oats
•half cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk .
•1-2 teaspoons chia seeds
•1 teaspoon flax meal
•optional- add a drizzle of honey for a little sweetness
👉🏼 mix up in a small bowl (10-12oz) and set in the fridge overnight to soak
👉🏼in the morning add whatever toppings you like and ready to eat and go!
☆I like to top with some fruit, granola and peanut butter or almond butter

QUINOAGRÖT. Har velat göra det här så länge men av någon anledning blev det inte förrän nu. (Någon som känner igen det där med att ha recept sparade som man ”ska göra nån gång” men som aldrig tycks bli av 😅) Men åter till gröten - det blev absolut godare än jag trodde, men det slår inte havregrynsgröt! Men kul med lite variation! Har ni testat quinoagröt? 💛

RECEPT:
1 dl vit quinoa
2,5 dl havredryck 
1 tsk kanel
Börja med att blötlägga quinoan i vatten (3dl) kvällen innan. På morgonen skölj av quinoan och koka den i havredrycken tills den blivit klar och krämig. Toppa med förslagsvis bär, banan och dadelsirap! 🍓

So the first time I tried the @myproteinuk @myvegan chocolate sea salt carb crusher, I really didn't enjoy it. But the second time I had a bar I actually did? For some reason the first bar I had was bitter and tasted strongly of protein powder, but the next ones were fudgy, chocolatey and rich, and you could actually taste the caramel more! Don't really know what the issue was the first time round 😂🤷 I topped this strawberry and vanilla protein porridge (made with oats, almond milk, chopped strawberries and @myproteinuk vanilla soy isolate) with thawed frozen berries, crunchy peanut butter (also @myproteinuk) and of course, a chocolate sea salt carb crusher.

My final rating for the carb crusher will probably be a 7.4/10, but it's definitely an acquired taste. Next time I want to try the peanut butter flavour!

Heute haben wir Pflaumen als Belag gewählt, zur Abwechslung können Äpfel, Aprikosen, etc. auch verwendet werden. Natürlich haben wir gleich ein Stückchen noch warm verkostigt😋🥰 Rezept:

Happy that the next two days I get to focus on counseling. 🌻I feel I’ve been having lots of great conversations this week which is always very moving for me. It is just a good feeling to connect with people overall, especially if you get a chance to help them. 😊 For breakfast I meant to make overnight oats but forgot to make them last night, so decided to cook some turmeric oats instead. 💛💛💛

Golden Milk Oats
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp ground flax seed 
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger powder or 1/2 tsp fresh
Pinch of turmeric 
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of cardamom 
1 mashed banana
1 mashed medjool date or 2 tsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk ⭐️

Add all ingredients to a saucepan and stir to combine than bring to a simmer. Allow ingredients to cook and thicken for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve as desired. 💛

I actually made a healthy breakfast today! Banana Walnut oatmeal with hemp protein and flax and chia seeds *_* It's still got brown sugar in it but like...baby steps lol. My iced coffee has stevia at least!

Dried blueberries plump up in a swirl of banana almond butter cookie dough. They make the best breakfast cookies! Recipe:
-2 ripe bananas, mashed
-1/2 cup almond butter
-1 tbsp maple syrup or erythritol
-2 cups quick oats
-1/2 cup dried blueberries
Combine all ingredients and use a 1” cookie scoop to portion pieces on a baking sheet with parchment. Flatten into cookie shape and bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. Yields 34 cookies.

Dopiero środek tygodnia, a już spadek energii? Owsiane POWERballs ruszają z odsieczą. Przepis jest banalnie prosty, do wykonania bazy potrzebujemy tak naprawdę 4-5 składników, reszta zależy od naszych preferencji czy tego co akurat mamy pod ręką 😊. Z niżej podanych proporcji wychodzi ok. 15-18 sztuk

Składniki
- 3/4 szklanki płatków owsianych (czyli +/- 100 g)
- 50 g suszonych daktyli (osobiście używam daktyli od @targroch.pl i polecam serdecznie)
- 2 duże łyżki masła orzechowego
- łyżeczka oleju kokosowego (można pominąć)
- łyżka miodu (syrop klonowy)
Dodatki:
- łyżka płatków migdałowych
- łyżka siekanych orzechów laskowych

Daktyle płuczemy pod bieżącą wodą, zalewamy wrzątkiem, odstawiamy na ok. 20 minut. Masło orzechowe łączymy z miodem i płynnym olejem kokosowym.
Daktyle odsączamy (zostawić trochę wody by ułatwić blendowanie), blendujemy na gładką masę. Płatki owsiane przesypujemy do miski, dodajemy zmiksowane daktyle i mieszankę z masłem orzechowym, dokładnie łączymy, a następnie dodajemy ulubione dodatki - u mnie migdały i orzechy, mogą być też drobno pokrojone, suszone owoce czy kawałki gorzkiej czekolady, bez dodatków też są ok ;).
Masę odkładamy do lodówki na ok. 30 minut. Łyżeczką nabieramy masę i formujemy kulki wielkości nieco mniejszej niż orzecha włoskiego. Przechowujemy w lodówce - wtedy ładnie trzymają swój kształt i schłodzone smakują najlepiej.

Идеальное утро, ведь:
1) завтрак на свежем воздухе 🌞
2) выходной день 😊
3) кокос = райское наслаждение 🥥

▫️1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (@silk)
▫️1 tsp Light Brown Sugar
▫️1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
▫️1/2 scoop Amazing Glow Chocolate Rose Protein Collagen (@amazinggrass)
▫️4 tbsp Cold Brew Cacao Dark Wild (@uprivercacao)

Combine the oats, milk, brown sugar, & syrup together in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 1 1/2 mins - 2 mins.
Add in the remaining ingredients & mix well.
Topped with half a sliced banana, my raspberry chia jam (recipe if story highlights), cacao nibs, sliced almonds (@natureseats), toasted coconut & hemp seeds (@manitobaharvest) 👏🏼
