WoW about a years difference between these two pictures being taken, stance is different ( granted ) BUT the results speak for themselves.
Left. I was under eating and my training was at a plateau. I expect intake of calories to be around 1400? That’s a guesstimate, even tho my calories were clean I Was lacking carbs ( scared of them) carbs being veggies mainly 🤦♀️ Fast forward a year ( right pic ) with @bodiesbyrachel @racheljdillon @emmajane.dillon everything changed for me, I was reverse dieted up to find my maintenance, then gradually over time calories were increased to put me in a ‘ sensible surplus ‘ which can increase still yet again,depending on what the girls think and how I’m responding . I’m currently on today 2000+ and eating PROPER carbs ( bread, pasta, potato) yaknoo the drill. I feel super healthy and rejuvenated tbh, drinking at least 4 ltrs of water a day, getting great sleep
my training split has been perfect for me and works I guess I have done around 8 challenges ( if not more I’ve lost count) I was absolutely overwhelmed and proud ( at my age, here to prove age is just a number ladies, it’s never to late to follow dreams !!) to be asked to be an ambassador for a brand that I truly love and fully endorse, I wouldn’t promote anything I don’t fully believe in and love.
