Made a buddha bowl for supper before I went to acrobatic training (yes I am as graceful as an elephant) and it was tasty AF.
In my bowl: spinach, garden peas, baby plum tomatoes, cucumber, avo, pan fried tofu, babaganoosh (?), lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and lots of chilli sauce.
