Lets be vulnerable Sunday..
If only I could lose this extra 10 lbs... If only I could look "leaner" , If only I could look like "this girl on insta"... Then, I would feel good ... I will feel more beautiful, worthy, etc..... WRONG!!! All throughout prep and post show, Ive had a lot of comments about my weight or how I look... " oh you look so lean, keep it up".. You look "malnourished"(Closer to the show) or "You gained some weight back" ( post show). The truth is ladies, Our weight will always fluctuate... Mantaining a "fitness instagram model look" all the time, is really mentally and physically draining. Dont get me wrong I love the prep and I love the hardwork.. but the moral of the story here is.... Losing/gaining weight WILL NOT make you feel better, if you do not address the issue WITHIN. You need to be happy where you are RIGHT now!! Learn to WORK with your body. Harness the flow, keep it real, set some realistic goals.. If you fuck up, try again. Dont get angry, just try again. Have fun, eat the cake..Crush your goals. Keep the BALANCE!! After all, how you live your life is up to you...Make it a great one! - 2 hours ago
