Yup, I made a spreadsheet for meal planning. But considering nutrition is 75% of weight loss, I need to plan and prep if I want to succeed. .
I use a system that works for me and my family. With little counting, other than containers, I know what portions of which types of food I should be consuming each day. The spreadsheet calculates the containers and then I print and post on the fridge.
I’m able to grocery shop from the meal plan and never have to worry about “what’s for dinner”. Never have to rush and grab something unhealthy. It’s all laid out. .
