I keep myself accountable for my own goals. I don't have a Personal trainer or an app to tell me what to do, no nutritionist or dietician, I don't take supplements, pills, shakes, shortcuts to lose weight, I don't have a babysitter to care for the twins while I train, I don't have a motivator to push me through the hard times & I also don't make any of these an excuse.. We are 1/2 way through Feb & 13kg down, started 1st Jan at 105kg.
When I have a goal, I make it my obsession. I wake up & grind everyday.
