How to make rich Egg roll/buns
10 Medium Egg Roll Size
Ingredients: 500g of All-Purpose flour, 10 boil eggs, Warm water, 1 teaspoon yeast, 100g of tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 200g of butter, Vegetable oil
STEP 1: In a large bowl. Add the flour and mix properly using your hand. In a separate small bowl, mix the yeast and a little warm water. Add the yeast and butter to the previous mixture and continue to mix with your hand.
STEP 2: Continue to mix with your hand and add a little water bit by bit until a dough is formed. Knead dough until it is smooth. Set aside for like 10 minutes.
STEP 3: Place the dough on a well-floured surface. Roll out dough about 2 inches thick. Using a glass cup or a small round bowl of about 4 inches cut out circles by gently pressing on the dough and releasing it.
STEP 4: Gently wrap the dough around each egg as evenly as possible. Repeat the process for each egg.
STEP 5: Put some vegetable oil in a deep pot and allow it to be very hot. Fry with medium heat. The oil should be at least 3 inches deep. Fry all the egg roll inside the oil. Turn the egg-roll with a spoon so as to allow a golden brown color and ensure it is properly done.
STEP 6: Your egg roll is ready.
