Po tréninku doplnit živiny. Stále dokola opakující se jednoduchý rituál. Výsledky=jíst, trénovat, spát. Pravidelná, kvalitní strava plus občas nějaký bonus k tomu. Nevidím na tom nic extra nemožného ;-) Moje jednoduchý jídlo 100g krůtí, 100g hovězí půl kilečka loupaných vařených brambor, 100g červená řepa. Perfekto💪👍

Ian (@faetz23 ) has been training for a good few years. He trains hard and eats healthy.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
However despite putting a lot of time and effort in, he wasn’t seeing the results he wanted.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
He was guessing how much food he was eating and didn’t have a structured training plan to follow.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Strength wasn’t increasing and his physique was only looking worse.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ian now follows a very flexible diet which allows him to eat the foods he wants while getting leaner and stronger.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
He’s following an effective training plan that has helped him lose 21 lbs of body fat, as well as building some muscle.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is just the start. We are still chipping away at some body fat, before we start to add more muscle.

The worst shape of the year !!! Need to go on a religious cut to taper out that layer of fat very soon. 
Hanging leg raises have always been one of my favorites for abdominal training. Though sometimes it becomes difficult for me to keep the torso stationary due my lower back injuries yet I still try me best to include a few sets of this in my abs routine.

Quick action shot from 2 weeks after this summers holiday. I remember moaning all week after a week on eating anything on holiday, saying how soft & un conditioned I felt 😂. BOY would I kill to see those lines again right now 😩😂😢. Think this is proof I didn’t really see it how it was! Your mind will tell you lies, try not to let this give you self doubt. The whole message of this post was sometimes you will be putting in 100% or 110% into your physique & it might not currently show it. Whether bulk phase or not. Had a little fun/fail deadlifting today. Haven't really focused on conventional in a minute and haven't used a stiff bar with heavy weight in a few months. When one of the sixth plates was put on it threw me off balance big time. I can't wait to try again on a deadlift bar. I'm fairly confident I'll get all six and work back down. Track your weights, eat well, sleep well, drink well and remain consistent with all of them. .
Lifelong transformation comes in a lifetime and won’t happen in 3 months, 6 months, or even 1 year. It is an accumulation of years and years of training.

I started lifting weights at 14 and have made mistakes for years, learned from them, tried new programs, spent stupid money on supplements (big mistake), but remained consistent and over time (now 25) see where long term results come from being the TURTLE.

It’s been about a month since Michael’s show and as you can see, his carbs have more than tripled and total calories have increased by over 1000! His weight has only gone up a few lbs. in this process so we’ll be keeping the increases coming weekly for now until we get to a more stable spot.

The term ‘reverse diet’ could mean a lot of different things to different people, but for me I like to give a pretty big bump initially post-show then gradually add calories back in from there. No adding 2g fat and 5g carbs weekly or something ridiculous like that lol because that’s wayyy too slow, but no jumping up thousands of calories in the first week or 2 either. I like to take a more balanced, moderate approach. It does also depend on the specific client’s comfortabiliity with rate of gain as well.

Michael said he gained way too quickly after his show last year and in result it made his prep longer and harder than it needed to be since he got pretty heavy. Are you holding yourself back? Many times the thing that is stopping us from getting where we want to be is ourselves. We may be scared, focus on the plan B, listening to the wrong people telling us we can’t, or we approach something with way too much caution. If you do something, go all in with it! Thats the only way you will succeed in your goals. If you are truly passionate about something you will find a way to make it work. Last set of 485. The plan was 485x3x5 but that last one was slipping out my left hand. I don't want to use straps but I may have to either do that or bring chalk in and throw some dust clouds around. I guess since I'm not powerlifting straps will be ok. Just gonna have to focus on my grip on other days. Getting back on track for next year.

What am I doing differently?
Eating in a caloric surplus and getting stronger. A simple concept, but one so often overlooked by individuals looking for an easy route.
“What supplements do you take bro?” Same as you most likely.
“What exercise shall I do for a bigger back bro?” Deadlift.
My deadlift working sets on the left were around 160kg for 4/5, I’m now pulling 190kg off of the floor comfortably. 
This is reflected in my back density.

Quando o controle da performance do treino é feito da maneira correta, é possível manter a progressão de forma consistente e realizar ajustes quando forem necessários. Quando você mantém registros dos seus treinos anteriores, você pode comparar fases de treinamento semelhantes e verificar se houve melhoria ao longo do tempo. Indicadores de performance nos exercícios são ótimos parâmetros para confirmar ganhos de hipertrofia muscular. 
Por exemplo, se há 6 meses atrás você realizou uma série de agachamento livre com 40kg de cada lado para 10 repetições e nos treinos atuais você executa as mesmas 10 repetições com 50kg de cada lado, bem provavelmente seus membros inferiores estarão bem maiores. Nesse exemplo foram usados valores "arredondados" para facilitar o entendimento, mas na realidade esses valores serão "quebrados", então provavelmente você não conseguirá se lembrar dos valores exatos se não fizer o registro adequadamente.

Com relação à falha muscular, como já discutido em posts anteriores, ela não garante que esteja havendo progressão e melhoria da performance (sobrecarga progressiva) ao longo do tempo. Se o atleta estiver treinando de forma errada (em excesso por exemplo), apesar de ele estar treinando até a falha muscular (e assim gerando intensidade de esforço máxima), a performance nos treinos pode começar a cair devido ao grande acúmulo de fadiga. Se não há controle da performance (registros do treinamento), o atleta pode demorar perceber que está tendo problemas, além de negligenciar o principal fator para ganhos musculares, a sobrecarga progressiva.

Assim, novamente, a falha muscular deve ser usada como ferramenta para gerar um estímulo específico, não como principal parâmetro para garantia de evolução. O que vai garantir que haja evolução no longo prazo é o controle preciso da performance por meio de indicadores de desempenho.

Lembre-se: para um bom gerenciamento, é imprescindível o controle adequado por meio de indicadores de desempenho!

Realmente, músculo não sabe "contar". A "linguagem" que ele entende é a de estímulos físicos para que consiga gerar  uma determinada resposta (crescimento). O problema é quando essa afirmação passa a ser usada como diretriz para treinamento. Geralmente a recomendação é para que a pessoa escolha qualquer carga para determinado exercício, e que realize o número de repetições que forem possíveis com essa carga, comumente até a falha muscular. Mais uma vez, essa é uma tendência de usar a falha muscular como principal parâmetro para controle do treinamento (já foi discutido no post anterior). Como saberá se está gerando sobrecarga progressiva ou não?

A ideia correta do músculo não "saber contar" é que não importa se são 30 ou 50 kg, se foram 8 ou 15 repetições, contanto que a intensidade absoluta esteja dentro dos parâmetros adequados para hipertrofia e que a intensidade do esforço seja apropriada. 👊💪
