Taking up the challenge set by @quaadzilla to finish my leg day off with this lovely exercise 💪 first few sets took some getting used to and had to adjust for ankle discomfort but boy once I got them the stretch was amazing and the resulting pump was fantastic! •

Wenn ich mir dieses Bild anschaue kann ich immer noch nicht so daran glauben, dass ich vor kurzem noch 34 KG mehr gewogen habe. An alle die körperliche Ziele verfolgen, setzt euch kleine Zwischenziele die ihr erreicht, um später dann Euer  großes Hauptziel zu erreichen. Belohnt euch wenn ihr diese erreicht habt! Ich habe mir für jeden Monat ein kleines Ziel gesetzt. Zum Beispiel 3 Kg bis zum 25.07. und mein erstes Großes Ziel war es dann von den 116 KG unter die 100 KG zu kommen. Ich wusste damals schon das ich es schaffen werde, da ich mir gesagt habe, dass aufgeben keine Option für mich ist. Mein großes Ziel war
damals schon die 82 KG und siehe da nicht mal 6 Monate später hatte ich es in der Hand.

Mein Tipp für alle die Ziele im Leben verfolgen, setzt euch kleine Etappenziele um euer großes Ziel zu erreichen. 💪🏻🦁

Letzte Woche 200kg einmal gezogen und diese Woche ganze 4x (4.Mal ist nicht drauf, hab einmal abgesetzt) @max_madsen_  danach folgten noch Latzug, KH Rudern, Rudern am Kabel und Überzüge. Training und Kraft laeuft und das obwohl ich derzeit doch tatsächlich #natty bin. Habt ihr das neue Video schon gesehen? Wir reden über Stoff, unsere Zusammenarbeit/Pläne und über die vegane Ernährung. Blatt vorn Mund nehmen, heuchlerisch verstecken und Luegen propagieren? Noe.

I have to be honest. I think the moment that those of us who have fought battles (which, when it comes down to it, who hasn’t?!) do something that makes us even a little bit uncomfortable, we clock in another win. ——————
For example, for me personally, that’s the clothing I wear. My eyes still see the 200+ lb girl that I was, my heart knows that I’m not that and my head knows that honestly weight and numbers are fear tactics taught to us by the media and “socially acceptable” standards preached by celebrities etc. So it’s a confusing mix of emotions constantly. It’s an every day battle to this day. One thing I wish people had warned me about is losing the weight is the easy part, reorganizing your entire mental image and fighting the mental battles which come along with such big change. Back in my heaviest, darkest days my clothing item of choice, almost every day even in summer, was this super large, black zip up jacket that I hid under. Every. Single. Day. Anyone who knew me back then would immediately tell you I’m speaking the truth. So now, for me to continue breaking out of the shell that’s still there, I work on wearing things that aren’t necessarily showy, but are out of my comfort zone and push me to continue to battle the demons. You can too. ❤️❤️❤️

Oh why a time to be alive! This time last year my level of endurance, cardio, fitness and overall wellness was at a complete standstill.

Fast forward to today (Using the Time Stone) I’m more fit, more healthy and more mindful of my wellness levels.

Best tips I can give for GETTING BACK IN THE RACE when you’ve fallen off: -START! Don’t over think it, don’t over study. Just start getting active, and eating right. The two most basic things you can do to get on track. -Clear your mind of negativity. Block of all negative things from your life. Whether it be people, vices, tv whatever. Kill it. -Push even when you don’t feel like it. This is what gets your back in the game. That grind. Its not an option, It’s a must -Most of all, be consistent with the WHY. You know why you started it in the first place. Be consistent with it. Don’t let up, keep pushing.

Steady 36 minutes at stroke rate 36, exactly 1296 strokes. (2k pb +17.6/500) Was aiming for OCD pacing but I couldn't see because of sweat in my eyes for the last 10 minutes so must have over compensated.
