Oh why a time to be alive! This time last year my level of endurance, cardio, fitness and overall wellness was at a complete standstill.
Fast forward to today (Using the Time Stone) I’m more fit, more healthy and more mindful of my wellness levels.
Best tips I can give for GETTING BACK IN THE RACE when you’ve fallen off: -START! Don’t over think it, don’t over study. Just start getting active, and eating right. The two most basic things you can do to get on track. -Clear your mind of negativity. Block of all negative things from your life. Whether it be people, vices, tv whatever. Kill it. -Push even when you don’t feel like it. This is what gets your back in the game. That grind. Its not an option, It’s a must -Most of all, be consistent with the WHY.
