It’s not easy, there will be some hard days and some struggles! But no matter what your size is, if you don’t feel your best, then the only person that can change you is YOU! But if it involves getting back on track in fitness-whether to guide you to a group fitness class vs my Online training, Nutritional guidance, or who to reach out to for Hormonal health! 2️⃣Secondly, access the season of life that you are in? Are you in the season of life of a newborn and home workouts are your friend? I customize home workouts, too bc I have been in that season! The season of praying you get the kids down for a nap at the same time so you can hop on the treadmill at home! Or that they sleep in so you can get your workout in!
