All good things must come to an end. I’ve had the best time in Phuket and I’m sad to be traveling out tonight to go back to reality. However I am missing my kids something fierce so I’m so damn excited about seeing them! Когда мы привыкаем к малоподвижному образу жизни, наши тела часто «забывают» оптимальные стратегии движения, продиктованные нам самой природой. Раз за разом мы автоматически двигаемся неправильно, постепенно нанося вред своему организму.

Одним из ярких примеров такого неверного движения является задействование меньшего, чем предусмотрено, количества позвоночных сегментов при артикуляции позвоночника. Это, в свою очередь, ведёт к неоптимальному распределению нагрузки по позвоночному столбу, а значит, может стать причиной перегрузок в определенных его участках. Как правило, это относится к поясничному отделу, поэтому огромное количество людей страдают болями именно в этой области.

Регулярно занимаясь пилатесом, мы учимся двигаться из бОльшего количества позвоночных сегментов, что позволяет более равномерно распределять нагрузку по позвоночнику. И даже одно это - не говоря уже об укреплении локальных стабилизаторов поясничного отдела - способствует снижению болевых ощущений.

Cheat meals! This is an interesting one. Cheat meals were included in fat loss strategies as a way of helping people stay on track as a form of a reward for being disciplined the other 6 days of the week. The problem with cheat meals is 99% of people either turn it into a cheat DAY or turn the cheat meal into a 4hr feast. The problem here is people spend 6/7 days being disciplined, have a cheat meal and then discover they've gained weight. How does this happen?

If your daily target is 1800 calories and by hitting that you're in a calorie deficit of 200 calories per day, after 6 days you're at a 1200 calorie deficit. Day 7 comes for your cheat meal. You have your breakfast and lunch which could total 1100 calories. You now decide to have a large pizza  as your cheat meal which is 2200 calories. You're now sitting at 3300 for just that day giving you a surplus of 1500 calories for your weekly total and now putting you over by 300 calories. 
So while a cheat meal can have its place keeping you focused in the overall scheme of things please make sure you're not overdoing it and ruining all over your great work with just one meal!

To start you really don’t need much apart from a positive attitude and a will to do something. Don’t over complicate things, just do the simple stuff.

Set the alarm early, don’t snooze, get up, make your bed, go for a walk. By that time you’ll feel a lot better that when you woke up and guess what, you may even want to do some exercise! If that’s the case, here are a few simple exercises that I felt like doing this morning.

I didn’t even think of the sequence, I just started with press ups and the rest just followed 🤷🏻‍♂️

Day 21!! Weigh and measure day! 
Today I did dirty 30 & yoga fix to finish up 21 day fix! Was hard work but fun! 
Here are my before measures:
Chest - 32.5
R-arm - 11
L- arm - 11
Waist - 32
Hips - 34
R-thigh - 19.5
L - thigh - 19.5
Total inches = 159.5
Weight - 56.5kg

After measurements! 
Chest - 32
R-arm - 11
L- arm - 11
Waist - 28.5
Hips - 33
R-thigh - 19
L- thigh - 19
Total inches lost = 6
Weight = 54.8kg 
Have lost 6 inches and 1.7kg (3.7lbs)

I am super chuffed with these results from just 3 weeks of work! I can see more muscles and definition coming in on my belly. Cant wait to keep going now and really banish dat belly belly! 
Off to celebrate with a cup if tea and an episode of Stranger Things!

Happy Easter guys!! Hope yous have a wonderful weekend!! Just to give yous a little update on my progress ... 40 days ago I gave up chocolate, fizzy drinks, crisps, sweets and limited my sugar intake!! I have worked out 3 days a week for 60 mins using cardio machines and mostly weights, however due to my job I was a little bit more active. I made sure each day I drank over 2litres of water.. I have never felt as fit, strong, healthy, toned and happy as I do now after only 40 days. 
Today I will have some treats but I will not go back to over indulging in the evenings and weekend like I was. 
It is really true that you can’t out Train a bad diet.... you can push yourself through your toughest workout but the food you eat is what really shows. 💪🏼 This process was completely for me... for me to feel better, healthier and to have more energy and I truly do!! Thanks everyone for your support

This is for you to address your wrists and get them feeling better. For most the issue might be too little space or mobility through the main joints that affect the wrist, so by doing this mobilization you will open up the these joints and provide new space and movement.

1️⃣ Lean on the wrist you wish to address and with your other hand push into the base of your wrist and block it from moving. Now, you can pull your arm that’s pinned down away from the table to open up the joint and move in multiple directions to help free it up. Move front and back, side to side, and even rotate the arm to address the wrist in all directions.
