🏽Just a candid picture of me on the regula. Sitting down with sweat running down my face after a hard workout thinking to myself...."that was tough but I did it!" This is pretty much my second home....besides the audition room... the gym. I don't usually post pics of me in my gym clothes, but I should more often bc I work hard at this! I really enjoy working out, challenging myself, reaching new goals....it's kind of my nature to always push hard. So, I want to post about it, bc I think it's so important for us to stay healthy no matter what stage we are in life. .
🏻My goal this year was to start dancing more. I never took dance lessons...not a single one, but I was on varsity cheer teams from 8th grade into college. I think it's been in me for a long time to just...dance. I love it - seriously almost as much as I love music and performing the piano. So much work tho!!!! I can't believe how my body feels after ballet Barre, which I just started doing. Hopefully you will see my improvements taking place thru my story. How cool that we can share our small triumphs thru social media right!?? .
🏼There is so much power we have to be a positive influence. And that is always my goal when I post...always my intentions to just make a small difference in this world. Truly, to just....make someone not give up, to feel better, keep going, keep pushing....because its always worth it. .
