Trying to find a balance between my love life, work life, social life, and health life is difficult. I can't please everyone at the same time so obviously I need to pick up a good rotational routine. I LIKE being busy, I just sometimes get sucked too deeply into it. As someone who suffers from mental health issues, it's massively important that I figure out balance of any kind in my life. I'll be the first to say that spring being sprung definitely helps push me along. I'm a fair weather person and function best when the sun is out and the weather is pretty. Suffering from S.A.D. on top of bipolar/depression/anxiety during the winter always takes a toll on me. This year it feels like I'm crawling out of that hole much quicker than I used to. Making little changes here and there to my routine and my balance is helping in leaps and bounds. Here's to good weather and sticking to my guns and doing what I can to better myself and be better for those around me.
