Lemon Water 🍋
As soon as you wake up the first thing you should do is grab a big glass, fill it up with warm water and squeeze lemon juice into it. I use between 1/4 - 1/2 of a lemon depending on the size of it.
Having lemon water first thing in the morning can help flush the digestive system and rehydrate the body.
It also contains vitamin C which is needed for collagen production for smooth, healthy skin.
Be sure to rinse your mouth out with clean water straight after so the acidity from the lemon isn't going to destroy your enamel on your teeth. Alternatively you can drink the lemon water through a straw. - 1 hour ago
