45ml Filliers Barrel Aged 8yrs⠀⠀
25ml Blood Orange juice⠀⠀
15ml Lemon juice⠀⠀
15ml Lime juice⠀⠀
15ml Raspberry syrup⠀⠀
10ml Bruichladdich 7.1 Octomore⠀⠀
5ml Luxardo ‘Sangue Morlacco’⠀⠀
2 dashes Peychauds⠀⠀
1 dash Cherry Bitters⠀⠀
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake. Open pour into your glass of choice.⠀⠀
Garnish with raspberries, lime, orange peel cut like dragon wing and mint.⠀⠀

I’ve been seeing #garnishweek everywhere all thanks to @moodymixologist - so I just had to step the game up for a semi-worthy post 🤷🏼♂️. I’ve gone for something a little more classic. I’ve taken the base of an old fashioned, swapped out the sugar element for something with a little more depth, and I’ve added a few different types of bitters to round out the cocktail and also compliment the piney flavour that rosemary brings to the cocktail. Hope you’re all ready for the weekend... Happy Friday Eve!!!

• 3 smoked rosemary sprigs
• 1/2oz maple syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 2 dashes Jerry Thomas bitters
