MBI is an acronym that stands for mind and body integration. It's a perspective, belief, and practice that dedication—mentally, physically, and spiritually combined—is needed for self-improvement.
The biggest detriment to the health industry is that there's currently no connection between the mind and body. Exercise is proven to help with stress, aggression, critical thinking, motivation, and physical and mental wellness. With a focused and mindful approach, fitness can become more than just exercise, but a wholesome commitment to self-betterment.
