3x3 Cleans from the “block” @ 80% - 68kg/150lbs
After a year of #weightlifting , I’m still not good at it. I also feel super self conscious posting this video, since I’m comparing myself to the US Olympic team LOL; but, oh well.
For this being my last set, this actually moved pretty good. I still need to work on extending my hips out more, but I feel like that will come with time and practice. Overall, I had a great lifting session today.
