Gettin it done during a break week from 21 day fix before ... gulp... 21 day fix extreme real time next week. Got a week to get my mind right.
So much about this change I’ve made for myself is about mindset. I didn’t start my 21 day fix real time looking forward to day 21. Sure it’s super awesome to FINALLY finish this program but I actually was looking forward to day 22 when I worked out again. I didn’t quit. Didnt “take a rest week”. I made a commitment to my self, to my mental health, to my stress levels, to my sanity, to my heart, legs, arms, abs and to my 40 years that I would just keep going. Everyday.
Despite my work hours, despite criticism for friends and family, despite my mood, despite my exhaustion levels. Each day is important to me now, but not like a sprint, more like a marathon. I want to be stronger, healthier, happier, braver, saner, kick assier.
Imagine what we can do if we didn’t take ourselves for granted on a day to day basis.
