🦋Who here struggles with anxiety?🦋 .. I woke up this morning feeling it hard. As we all know, there usually isn’t any specific reason for it.I had a beautiful day yesterday, the best sleep ever last night and I have no reason to worry or be afraid today .. and yet I am absolutely petrified. What a yucky feeling! ⫸
Over the years, I have found my coping methods, my healing habits, my mental health helpers .. 🧡the things that help lift that anxious fog enough to let me breath. ⫸
Some of those are: 🧘🏼♀️guided meditation (I use the insight timer app), 📵no scrolling/cell phone away (sadly I work on here and its inevitable that I have to pop on at some point), cleaning/organizing and 🌲getting outside - I’ve done 3 of those and I am about to head out on a jog/walk now! 🧡Never underestimate the power of simple, wholesome habits .. they do work! You’ve just gotta find your favorites and stick with them!
