Have you ever stopped to ask yourself “how can I love myself more in this moment?” .
Chances are you haven’t, but that’s okay because it’s now a tool you can add into your tool kit 🌟
When you ask yourself this question it forces you to shift your awareness from everything going on outside, in the future, or in the past and focus on going inwards to the present 🌟
It gets you connecting with YOUR body and it’s needs in that moment. 🌟
Whenever I’m feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or sad I tune into this question and it usually comes with the following answers:
. 🌟 Deep breathing .
🌟 Movement of some kind .
🌟 Releasing tension in face, neck and shoulders .
🌟 Giving myself a hug .
🌟 Positive pep talk .
🌟 Finding someone to talk to .
🌟 Getting a good night sleep .
The beauty of this exercise is allowing yourself to gain clarity on your bodies desires, rather than just assuming or ignoring 🌟
You usually end up feeling calm, relief, happy, or motivated 🌟
Our bodies are speaking to us constantly day in and day out. It’s YOUR job to tune in and listen 🌟
