Short story time: We want you to cook! We want you to be mindful about what you are cooking and where it comes from! If you don’t have time at all then HISM is a great option, I’ll tell you why... there was a time when I was working so much and I started eating at my favorite places. I’ve also tried many different meal preps and I’ve found myself a bit frustrated about how much waste can come with it, non organic produce, and some just not feeling like a lot of love was put into it. I started finding the time to cook for myself and take my power back as an individual and started to focus on Macros, organic, soaking and pressure cooking grains and beans! Everything changed for me🏽🏽 I started seeing more results after the gym and recovering faster. Flat tummy, even better skin, and overall my moods were so much more balanced. There are so many factors that go into living a balanced life and this is definitely one of them. 🏽🏽🏼🥳
