醬汁我就只係試下味,可能因為我只係點好少(?)我食唔到石榴味,定還是石榴叉燒汁係一個term?😂反而食到好大陣腸粉用嘅甜醬味~個人覺得有少少醎🤣

烤蘑菇做得好出色!!!好juicy嘅菇菇再加啲黑胡椒真係正!泡菜就同出面食開嘅無咩大分別,而西蘭花都係就咁白烚.

Do you struggle to hit your daily protein target❓

One of the most common things I hear from my clients is that they are struggling to hit their protein intake. And so I thought I would share with you my quick and easy high protein dessert that I make myself when I’ve fallen short in protein for the day, but have little carbs and fats left to play with! 🥞🥞
•
Ingredients:
➖ 150ml egg whites
➖ 25g @optimumnutrition.au Plant Protein (you can use whey too!)
➖ a pinch of baking powder
➖ cinnamon/ stevia if desired
Macros: P:29 | C:4 | F:1
•
Method:
➖ Blend all together in a NutriBullet or even just a protein shaker.
➖ Heat a little coconut oil in a pan and pour mixture in. Cover and cook until edges are hardening
➖ Flip your pancake and cook another 30-60seconds
➖ Serve and top with whatever you like to hit your macros for the rest of the day! My fave high protein choices are @macr0mike PB Powder, Chobani protein yoghurt or sugar free maple syrup and cinnamon! Or you may choose berries, nut butter, coconut yoghurt depending on what macros you have left.

Hi everyone!
Yesterday I tried implementing a new tool called the Pyramid of Positive Nutrition by @ameliafreer . Essentially, I used it to check I was eating balanced enough, i.e. enough of the foods that help my body heal and become less tired with time and feel more energized.

The really good outcome was that even though we had lunch at a restaurant and shared a "café gourmand" (coffee + tea with lots of little bites of cake/ice creams and the like - one of our favourite traditions when we eat out 😍), using the Pyramid made SUCH a difference in letting go of any guilt over that dessert. My brain was able to focus on all the food I'd eaten that would help my body (and brain) heal, and happily accept that I'd also eaten dessert for pleasure. I honestly can't remember the last time it was that easy for me to go on with my day after that. Pretty cool 💚

So I'm doing it again today, but I tweaked it a little and swapped one portion of fruit for a portion of veg because it's far easier for me to eat more veg, it comes a lot more naturally. And I've also stopped keeping track of my fluid intake, which is far more than 8 glasses anyway. 👍🏼

CHOCO CHUNKY COOKIES! 🍪

To make 12 cookies:
⠀⠀
-1/3 C tahini
-3 Tb maple syrup
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 C almond flour
-1 C rolled oats
-100g chopped up dark chocolate (I used my @Lindt dark chocolate salted almond egg 🤤)
⠀⠀
1-Preheat your oven to 180 deg C and line a baking tray with baking paper
2-Mix all the ingredients (except the chocolate) together well
3-Stir in the chocolate at the end
4-Using a tablespoon to portion out each cookie. Make each portion of the cookie dough into a ball, then lay on the baking tray and slightly flatten down
5-Bake for 15 minutes
6-Let the cookies cool and devour!! 🤤

SALMON OMLETTE with spinach and cream cheese 🍳🧀
For 2:
- 2 full eggs and 2 eggs whites - One hand of fresh spinach - 150gr of smoked salmon - 100gr of cream cheese with herbs
- Salt and pepper - Coconut oil
.
Method:
Beat the eggs and add the spinach then and salt and pepper.
In a hot pan with cover add 1/4 teaspoons of coconut oil and wait to become hot.
.
Cook the omelette on both sides and let it cold down for 10 minutes.
Add the a consistent layer of cream cheese and the slices of smoked salmon.
.
Roll and let it rest in the fridge for another 20 min.
.
It’s ready!

Jueves gachero, desayuno muy completo en cuanto a nutrientes, muy saciante y delicioso. ✔𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬.
40 gr de copos de avena. 
250 ml de bebida vegetal de almendras. 
3 claras de huevo. 
Medio plátano triturado.
2 gotitas de vainilla 🔻𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐧.
En una cazuela ponemos la bebida vegetal con dos gotitas de vainilla a fuego medio, antes que empiece a hervir agregamos los copos de avena y vamos removiendo con unas varillas y cuando este tomando una consistencia espesa agregamos la claras y dejamos un minutillo más, listo ya podemos agregar nuestros Toopings favoritos y disfrutar. ✔𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬.
Medio Plátano (dorado en aceite de coco por unos minutos)
2 fresas.
1 onza de chocolate 100% .
1 cda de Peanut Butter.

Well, I'm actually a fan – especially for folks with routined lives of work, school, family obligations, etc.

Here's the thing, though...

The TYPE of meal plan you're following will determine whether it's good or straight doggy doo-doo 💩
⠀ 
See, most meal plans are rigid & restrictive 👎. They often ignore total calories and, instead, focus on stuff that's much less relevant like meal timing, meal frequency, and "good" vs. "bad" foods.
⠀ 
A beneficial meal plan is one focused on the fundamentals (calories, macros, & whole foods) and flexible with the rest. The guidelines above are what I use with clients, and it works wonders.
⠀ 
A quick note 📝: The Calorie & Macro equations used in Step 1 aren’t magic or perfect. For example, if you’re extremely active or have a goal weight that’s more than 50 lbs below your current weight, these recommendations might be a bit too low...
⠀ 
Truth is, there’s no formula that’ll perfectly calculate your specific needs. The best thing you can do is use one and then adjust based on how your body is responding.
⠀ 
I like to see clients losing .25-1% of their body weight per week (on average) ✅
⠀ 
After a few weeks of tracking, look at how your body is responding. If you’re in that .25-1% range, you’re solid. If you’re above/below it, you might consider adjusting your calorie intake just a tad.
