HOW DO YOU MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS?!
Do you measure progress by the number on the scale? The inches on the tape measure? The numbers on the bar?
There are so many ways to measure your progress!
But I believe there are only 2 ways to judge progress.
The first one is based on how you look and feel in your clothes!
Are they tight or loose? These can be based on different goals, losing weight or gaining weight and muscle!
The second is my personal favourite and the one I live by the most. It's the numbers on the bar!
If you're getting stronger, you are building muscle as well! IMO.
I believe the goal is to always build muscle and strength, let your nutrition and cardio dictate what your overall physique looks like! Once again IMO. Eat and train according to your goals!
